Ryan and Jamie O'Day were the former franchisee's of Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating in the Saint Louis market and grew it from $0 sales to $2.7million in over 3 years. At a certain point, they realized they were not in control of their own growth, and sold the franchise back to the Franchisor.  They now head up Wang Gang Asian's Operations, Marketing, and Strategic Funding Growth Initiative.  As the Wang Gang Asian management Operating Partners, Ryan and Jamie are responsible for day to day operations, cost controls, menu development, supplier sourcing, and quality control.
